Attention all connosseiurs of fine wine and fine manga: announcing the Drops of God Wine Salon, a “full-service online wine salon” inspired by none other than “Tadashi Agi” (a.ka. siblings Shin and Yuko Kibayashi), the writer behind world’s most famous wine manga, The Drops of God, in partnership with vintner Peter Chiang.
And this fall, you can meet the Kibayashis in person, with a rare pair of personal appearances Stateside in two California locations: Napa Valley (where else?) and Beverly Hills! The events, celebrating the kickoff of the Wine Salon, are fine wine and dining affairs where the creators will make an exciting announcement about The Drops of God.
The two debut events, where guests will be able to meet the Kibayashis and taste through 30 different wines from 9 different producers personally chosen by them, will be paired with the cuisine of Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc at Yountville in Napa Valley on October 20th and the legendary tapas of The Bazaar by Jose Andres in Beverly Hills on October 21st.
