High school Biology teacher Tetsuo Takahashi has always wanted to meet a “demi-human.” These supernatural citizens live, work, and study among normal people, but each has their own unique difficulties. Tetsuo is in over his head when he finds himself teaching at a school with four “demi” girls: a vampire, a dullahan, a snow woman, and a succubus! Descending Stories Season 2 picks up some years after the first season (also on Crunchyroll) of Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju’s ending. The hapless but hardworking Yotaro has finally been promoted to the master level of rakugo performing, but still struggles to understand and carry on the legacy of his ineffable teacher, Yakumo Yurakutei VIII. He’s also concerned with helping Konatsu, the daughter of Yakumo’s late rival and friend, raise her infant son. The fate of the rakugo legacy is on the shoulders of this unlikely family!
